Ohio Young Republicans State Convention

When: June 7 – 8, 2013

HOTEL INFORMATION

Our preferred location is the Hampton Inn. Our group code is: OYR. Guests can either call the hotel at (440) 358-1441 or 1-800-HAMPTON and give their reservation dates with this code or they can go to http://www.clevelandmentor.hamptoninn.com/ and put in their dates and where it says group code just type in the OYR. The cut-off date to make reservations is May 18th. We recommend doing this early as there are a limited number of rooms

The group rate is $115.00 plus tax for King or Two Queen size bed and $122.00 plus tax for King Suites.

There is also a Residence by Marriot within walking distance, and LaMalfa is attached to a Holiday Inn Express which, while full for Friday night, has vacancies on Saturday so it is a good alternative if you are coming up Saturday morning.

CONVENTION COSTS

If Registration is completed prior to 5/18: $95.00

This includes Friday Night happy hour appetizers, Saturday lunch and dinner, the business meeting, and transport to Saturday evening festivities.

If Registration is completed after 5/18: $110.00

Convention only:

Just lunch and business portion, no dinner or evening transportation, will be available at a discount, price to be determined.
